A.G. Ammon Nursery, Inc. (Burlington, NJ) What they grow: Heirloom and new varieties of northern highbush blueberry plants and berries from those plants. Vendor attends select Saturdays in June and July.
A.T. Buzby Farm (Woodstown, NJ) Vegetables they grow: beans, beets, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, collards, eggplant, escarole, fennel, Jersey sweet corn, kale, lettuce, onions, peas, sweet and hot peppers, pickles, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, spinach, Summer squashes, tomatoes, turnips, swiss chard, Winter squashes. Aylano Farm (Bridgeton, NJ) Fruits they grow: special varieties of just picked Jersey Fresh table grapes. Vendor attends August, September and October.
Bloom with Linda (Vineland, NJ) What they grow: cut flowers (gladiolus, sunflowers, celosia, irises, tulips, peonies, mixed bouquets); hanging baskets in May.
Brookberry Farms (Hammonton, NJ) What they grow: organic raspberries, organic strawberries, organic blueberries, organic blackberries. Vendor attends late June into July.
The Durrty Dozen (Berlin, NJ) What they grow: cut flowers and branches (celosia, feverfew, marigold, peonies, lilacs, calendula, snapdragons, asters, tansy, strawflower, gomphrena, forced spring branches, broom corn, Indian corn, winterberry, magnolia greens); Thanksgiving centerpieces and Fall decorative branches.
Eckerts Corn (Tabernacle, NJ) What they grow: Jersey sweet corn, eggplant, sweet peppers, tomatoes Vendor attends weekly July, August, September.

The Great Full Garden (Dividing Creek, NJ) Herbs they grow: basil, chamomile, cilantro, lavender, mint, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme; they grow most of the herbs used in their products but source a couple (elderberries and lemon balm from Deitrich Family Farm). Other products: teas, elderberry syrups, herbal extracts, seed balms, herbal salves. Vendor will be back in Fall 2024.
Headquarters Sheep Farm (Stockton, NJ) What they produce: Pastured lamb and mutton. Sheepskins and sheepskin byproducts. Vendor attends May to November on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.

Hurley's Nursery and Greenhouses (Atco, NJ) What they grow: fig shrubs, blueberry shrubs, raspberry shrubs, basil plants, lavender plants, herbs in hanging baskets, Thai peppers, hydrangeas, crape myrtles, assorted evergreens and perennials, assorted annuals, fig trees, lemon and lime trees.
Hymer Farms (Monroeville, NJ) What they grow: geraniums, hanging baskets, bedding plants, vegetable plants Vendor attends weekly in May only.

Nature's Own Farm Retail + Barbeque (Columbus, NJ) What they produce: grass-fed pastured beef bred and raised on the farm (steaks, roasts, ground, hot dogs, jerky, soup bones); free-range port bred and raised on the farm (chops, roasts, ribs, sausage, bacon, scrapple); pastured chicken raised on the farm (whole, parts, stock); chicken eggs; ready-to-eat barbeque, breakfast sandwiches and more.
Salty Acres (Cape May, NJ) What they harvest/produce: salt (harvested from the Atlantic Ocean); over 17 blends of sea salt with herbs and peppers they grow themselves; bath soaks and soaps; organic loose leaf teas and salted honey.

Scallop Shack Farms (Rio Grande, NJ) What they catch/bring: fresh off the boat dry scallops; tilefish, tuna, swordfish, sea bass, shrimp and more; all freshly caught that week otherwise sold freshly frozen.
Springdale Farms (Cherry Hill, NJ) Vegetables they grow: asparagus, beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collards, cucumbers, eggplants, kale, kohlrabi, lettuces, peas, sweet and hot peppers, pumpkins, spinach, Summer and Winter squashes, swiss chard, tomatoes. Fruits they grow: blackberries, cantaloupes, black raspberries, red raspberries, strawberries. Herbs they grow: basil, chamomile, chervil, chives, cilantro, dill, garlic, lavender, lemon balm, lovage, marjoram, mint, oregano, parsley, patchouli, rosemary, sage, savory, tarragon, thyme. Bakery products from the farm: apple cider donuts, pies, cookies, cakes, breads, scones, strudel. Plants until October: variety of starters including annuals, perennials, vegetables, fruit bushes, herbs.
T.O's Hot Spice (Cherry Hill, NJ) What they grow/produce: organically and locally grown, fresh farm to table spice that's, "Better Than Hot Sauce!" ; mild to wild hand-made blends featuring unique chiles!
Viereck Farms (Woolwich Township, NJ) Vegetables they grow: asparagus, beans, corn, cucumbers, eggplants, peas, hot and sweet peppers, pumpkins, Summer and Winter squashes, tomatoes (27 varieties standard and heirloom). Fruits they grow: blackberries, cantaloupes, watermelon. Herbs they grow: ground cherries. All crops are seasonal.
Wm. Shober & Sons Inc (Monroeville, NJ) Fruits they grow: apples (pristine, gingergold, honeycrisp, cortland, empire, red delicious, golden delicious, stayman winesap, enterprise, granny smith, fuji, goldrush), nectarines (eastern glo, summer beaut, red gold, fantasia), white peaches (white lady, klondike, sugar lady, sugar giant, snow giant), yellow peaches (sentry, red haven, John boy, loring, Jersey glo, laurol). Other farm products: peach cider beginning May, apple cider beginning September. All crops are seasonal.
WoodsEdge Farm (Stockton, NJ) Products: socks, gloves, hats, scarves, sweaters, yarn, blankets, rugs and other products made from the fiber of their farm-raised Alpacas and Llamas; farm-produced soaps and beeswax items; farm-produced clover and wildflower local raw honey; pastured Tibetan Yak bred and raised on the farm (steaks, roasts, ground, sausage, stew meat, specialty cuts, soup and marrow bones).

Aaji's (Philadelphia, PA) What they produce: Four varieties of Tomato Lonsa sold cold in prepackaged 8oz. containers (Classic, Garlic, Spicy and Spicy Garlic). All product sold at the Collingswood Farmers' Market uses Jersey Fresh tomatoes. Vendor attends the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
Art of Olive Oil (Hainesport, NJ) What they produce: artisanal small batch naturally infused oils for cooking, dipping and salad dressings. Vendor attends sporadically throughout the season.
Boheme Foods (Manalapan, NJ) What they produce: wide range of jarred and preserved foods using ingredients sourced locally from farms and growers.
Cheese, Etc. and Gourmet Gifts (Haddon Township, NJ) What they produce: handmade artisan cheese spreads and dips with flavors featuring local produce, wines and beers. Farms they support: Buzby Farms, Fruitwood Farms, Wm. Shober Sons, Mill Creek Apiary, Simon's Berry Farm, Spinella Farms. Vendor attends May-November, most weeks.
Duker T's Catering (Millville, NJ) What they bring: BBQ pork sandwiches, soups, chicken salad, chicken deviled eggs, stuffed jalepeño peppers, stuffed long hot peppers, beef jerky, stuffed olives, pickled tomatoes, pickled eggs, cajun potato salad, cajun peanuts, spinach dip, garlic pepperoncini poppers, fruit iced tea, bottled water. Fishtown Pickle Project (Philadelphia, PA) What they produce: handcrafted pickles in jars, using cucumbers from various New Jersey farms (Muzzerelli Farms, Giordano Farm, Leone Farms, Fichera Farms). Vendor attends May-October approximately twice per month and all of November.
Get Pickled // Yeobo's (Galloway, NJ) What they produce: Kimchi, Korean marinades, candied jalepeños, Italian giardiniera, pickled brussel sprouts, simple syrups made with local blueberries and strawberries. Vendor attends sporadically throughout the season.
GF Sweeties (Haddon Township, NJ) What they produce: various gluten free baked goods including mini seasonal fruit pies, seasonal fruit muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, brownies and seasonal fruit bars.
Goodlands Food Co. (Philadelphia, PA) What they produce: seasonally-inspired hot sauces, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Vendor attends a couple Saturdays each month.
Is It Spicy Sauce Co. (Mt. Laurel, NJ) What they produce: small batch hot sauces and condiments, several made with Jersey Fresh peppers. Vendor attends a couple Saturdays each month.
Milk Jawn (Philadelphia, PA) What they bring: pints of their ice cream made with local ingredients (including many farm fresh ingredients from Fruitwood Farms); pre-packaged ice cream sandwiches and snack size ice cream cups. Vendor attends from May through October, 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
Mom Mom's Polish Food (Philadelphia, PA) What they produce: handmade and homemade Polish food, from scratch; handmade pierogi, golabki (stuffed cabbage). Vendor attends on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 5th Saturdays when they happen.
Rafiki Shoppe (Philadelphia, PA) What they produce: African foods from all parts of Africa prepared locally with all natural and organic ingredients - soups, stews, baked goods, breads and more. Vendor attends on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
Sara's Produce (Collingswood, NJ) What they bring: by special arrangement, Sara's provides only "exotic" produce not grown in New Jersey (they are not growers).

Head Bangin' BBQ (Collingswood, NJ) What they bring: Texas-inspired barbecue, smoked right here in Collingswood. Vendor attends one week each month, typically the 2nd Saturday.
Humble Spud (Mt. Laurel, NJ) What they bring: breakfast and lunch items focusing on potatoes; breakfast burritos filled with hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, salsa, cheese and chorizo sausage or sautéed kale and more!
Hungry Moon Foods (Haddon Township, NJ) What they bring: sweet and savory empanadas.
Maria's Bread Sandwiches (Collingswood, NJ) What they bring: breakfast sandwiches made with eggs, cheese and either homemade chicken sausage or hash brown. Their eggs are from Nature's Own Farm and their homemade chicken sausage is from Nature's Own Farm's chickens. Vendor attends most weeks, not all.
