"Authentic rural feel and hustle-bustle"

In 2000, Collingswood resident Pam Ciervo began the Collingswood Farmers’ Market as a project of the civic group Proud Neighbors of Collingswood. While Ciervo is no longer the Market Director, we continue to benefit from the sustaining sponsorship of the Proud Neighbors of Collingswood. The Market has grown steadily over the years in size and popularity and is now a project of the Borough of Collingswood.

The New Jersey Secretary of Agriculture, has called us “one of the finest markets in the State.” We were honored as “Best Farm Stand” in NJ Monthly Magazine’s Best of Jersey issue with the flattering comment, “authentic rural feel and hustle-bustle.”

Now into our second decade, the Market has become an established part of the social fabric of our community. People come to walk, meet their neighbors, and socialize while they shop for their weekly produce and more. And it’s not just farms - local vendors and activities help make the Market a vibrant and fun destination every Saturday, May through Thanksgiving.
Why should you shop at your local farmers' markets? The sooner you can get produce after it’s harvested, the better its freshness, nutrition and flavor. A successful weekly Market is also an important link in the local food chain. By providing a venue for selling directly to the consumer, the business of farming is strengthened for the small family-owned farms that are characteristic of our region. You're helping to keep farmers farming.
Different every week, our Market features the highest quality in-season local produce.

Location + Directions

Though the Market is not a permanent structure with a street address, it is fairly easy to locate! We take up a stretch of pavement underneath the Patco High Speedline between Collings and Irvin Ave, right along Atlantic Ave.
Once you get close, look up: we're right at the base of the two massive blue water towers right in the middle of the Downtown.
A good address to put into your GPS is: 713 North Atlantic Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08108.

That will direct you to the Public Works building which is right alongside the Market.

Parking

The PATCO Collingswood Station parking lot on North Atlantic Ave extends to Irvin Ave.
There is free street parking along the Market section of Atlantic Avenue and neighboring streets.
There is also free parking in lots between the Market and the backside of Haddon Ave businesses.
You can find kiosk and meter parking along Haddon Avenue.
There is additional kiosk parking in the Lumberyard Garage across Collings Avenue on North Atlantic Ave.
