LOOKING FOR SPACE?

2026 SEASON INFO + VENDOR INTEREST FORM

Note: we have paused our vendor interest form for 2026 as we finalize our vendor roster. We will reopen it once the season begins for those interested in being a part of our market in the future.
As a market with very loyal farmers and vendors, we don’t have a lot of available space for new ones. If you are interested in bringing your products to the market in 2026, please fill out the interest form at the bottom of this page after reading through the following information on what we look for as well as what we require. This is NOT the application for the market, it is just a preliminary form to give us a little info on your business before taking the time to fill out the full application.
If your product fits our guidelines and fills a gap in our vendor roster, we will reach out with the link for our full application for you to submit.
Note: We do not typically accept new vendors once the season begins, however if a spot opens up, we will fill any open spaces with vendors on our waitlist first. The best way to join the waitlist is to fill out the vendor interest form at the bottom of this page. Thank you!
Our regular season vendors fall into 4 main categories:
1. Farmers/Growers: You grow or raise the products you will sell at the Market. Including but not limited to: vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, plants, seafood, meats, eggs, honey, and dairy products.
2. Non-Farm, Food Producers: Ready to eat foods made by the seller. You do not grow your ingredients, but you use Jersey Fresh ingredients or fresh ingredients from our region (NJ, PA, DE) to make your food products as much as possible.
3. Non-Farm, Café/Ready to Eat: Vendors who are preparing food on-site and/or sampling foods/beverages. Examples: made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, pre-made hot sandwiches, hot/iced coffee by the cup, etc. Note: vendors who use Jersey Fresh ingredients in their prepared foods will always be given priority over those who do not.
4. Non-Farm, Non-Food: Have a product that you think would be a good fit but doesn't fall into another category? Including, but not limited to: soaps, skincare/body care products, candles, tinctures, etc. We accept a very limited amount of these vendors during our regular season, and only if space allows. Artists/makers, please see information below!

ARTISTS, MUSICIANS, NON-PROFITS, COLLINGSWOOD BUSINESSES & MARKET SPONSORS

In addition to our regular season vendors, we open up a limited amount of spaces each week for additional categories.
We open up one space each week for artists/makers. Our Featured Artist calendar is booked for the season prior to opening day by one of our volunteers. In addition, during the month of November, we open up additional artist/maker spaces for Handmade Holidays, which is typically booked in June/July. Interested artists/makers can send an email to our volunteer organizer, Aimee, here.
*Note, all artist spaces are booked for the 2026 regular season.
If you're interested in a spot in one of our Handmade Holidays markets in November, please reach out to Aimee.
There are two live music stages at the market. Our musicians are booked in advance for the full season in March by two volunteer organizers. Musicians can inquire about available dates by emailing one of our organizers, Ted, here.
*Note, both music tents are booked for the 2026 regular season.
We reserve 2-3 spaces each week, as space allows, for local non-profits, Collingswood businesses and market sponsors. There is no cost for the space as the intention of these spaces is for promotion only, not to sell your products. Requests for these spaces must be sent at least two weeks in advance and are not guaranteed. You may request space and provide a brief description of your organization and what you look to promote at the market by emailing our market director, Kim, here.

Our 2026 season will open on Saturday, May 2nd and run through Saturday, November 21st.
Markets happen every Saturday from 8am-noon, rain or shine.
