How to Get a Space:
If you’re a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) IRS-qualified nonprofit organization, in or near Collingswood, contact Market Director David Hodges via email at to request a date. He will reply with the Adorable Questionnaire.

Rules for Fundraisers and Sponsors:
Arrive at 7:00 AM Saturday morning, Market Day and be prepared to remove all vehicles from Market space by 7:30 AM, except for any you have arranged in advance to keep in your space until noon. No particular space is guaranteed, but if you’re on the schedule, we will find a place for you. The Market does not provide tables or tents. Bring what you need.

Your group is a guest at the Market. Our farmers and vendors agree to not call out, walk through crowds with signs or solicit sales from shoppers from outside of the market space they occupy. We ask that you conduct your participation with the same respect for this Market rule.

DON’T FORGET to bring signs that let people know who you are fundraising for—and telling friends and family to come out and support your sale may also increase your success!
