KEEPING THE SEASON: Freezing the harvest
The National Center for Home Food Preservation has a great website for easy instructions on how to keep some Jersey Fresh for the off-season. So you can freeze corn-on-the-cob for Thanksgiving, Jersey tomato sauce at Christmas, peach pie on Valentine's Day, etc.
