Melenzane a funghetto: diced eggplant, cannellini beans, mini home made meatball & green olives cooked with cherry tomatoe served over crostini bread

Polipo: warm octopus tossed with tomato, capers, extra virgin olive oil,
herbs, & lemon served on a bed of baby greens

Pasta

Penne pasta tossed with cabbage, prociutto, onions and topped with pecorino

Fusilli pasta in a cream mint sauce with a Julian of zucchini topped with
roasted sambuca walnuts

Entrees

Grilled seppia (cuttlefish) tossed with onion and peas in a whithe wine sauce
over bruschetta bread

Chicken cutlet breaded with walnuts bread crumbs topped with balsamic reduction,
caramelized raisins and cranberry, served over spring mix

Choose from

a salad (baby greens, tomatoe, cranberry, walnuts in a tomatoe basil
vinagrette dressing) or a dessert (cannoli or tiramisu)
