Recipes for July 5, 2008: The "Market American" Cocktail Grilled corn with herbed butter 1/2 cup butter, softened Combine butter, chives, dill, and lemon juice in small bowl, mix until throughly combined. Spread 1 Tbsp seasoned butter evenly on each ear of corn. Wrap each ear in double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil; tightly sealing top and sides. Turn every 5 minutes until done, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with additional seasoned butter.
