Slice and top pancakes, waffles, ice cream, cakes or yogurt!

Looking for a more involved topping? Squirt the strawberries with lemon juice and sprinkle with a little sugar. Toss and use as topping, or just eat it!

Make a peanut butter and sliced strawberry sandwich. Add some baby spinach, watercress or arugula to it for a real nutrition-booster.

Strawberry Cream Cheese—Mash fresh sliced strawberries into a block of cream cheese and serve with slices of bread or rolls.

Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
